Returns and Warranty

In-warranty repair will be made at no charge. These warranties do not cover accidental damage or loss. All warranty returns must be pre-approved by hyperaccessory.com. The customer will be responsible for all handling and shipping costs of the return. Customers can return the problem parts only to minimize the shipping cost. The costs of out-of-warranty repairs are subject to a charge as quoted by hyperaccessory.com.
No Refund will be provided.

We accept the replacement of products that are unused or in resalable condition within 14 days from the date of delivery.
All goods must be returned unused, in a fully re-salable condition, and in the original packaging.

In the rare occurrence that a product arrives damaged, or with missing parts, please do accept our apologies. You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to report damaged, missing or defective merchandise and send back the defective item within 14 days at your own cost. Upon receiving your return, we will send you the replacement order at no additional cost to you. Defective items will be exchanged for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model

Shipping and Taxes

Buyers from some countries are required to use Registered Shipping or EMS Shipping.

Tracking information will be provided for Registered Shipping & Expedited Shipping.

Orders will be processed and generally shipped in 3 business days.

Any change requests after your order have been submitted cannot be guaranteed.

We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. Buyers are required to pay for the re-shipping cost. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. Fees charge depends on the country of delivery and must be paid to the local tax authority upon receipt of your package. hyperaccessory.com is currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that the delivery time mentioned below is for reference only. Although the actual shipping time is punctual on most occasions; in some cases, delivery time may vary due to traffic congestion, adverse weather, acts of custom inspection, etc.
